Who we are

This site is operated by Tetralogicx, a Shopify Partner agency working from Lahore, Pakistan. You can reach us at info@tetralogicx.com or +92-42-3577-4046.

Registered entity name, registered address and the name of the person accountable for data protection: needs your legal entity details

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form. Across this site those fields are:

• Name, and company name where you give one
• Email address and, optionally, phone number
• Your website or store URL, on the forms that ask for it
• What you need, your budget range and your timeline, where offered
• Whatever you write in the message field

We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment details or any special category data. Please do not send those through a web form.

What happens to a form submission

Being straight about the current state: this site is not yet wired to a form backend. Submitting a form today does not deliver anything to us — instead the page shows you our email, phone and WhatsApp so you can reach us directly. When a backend is connected, submissions will be delivered to us by that provider and this section will name it: name the form provider once one is configured

Cookies and local storage

We set no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no session recording on this site. Two things are stored on your device, both first-party and both functional:

• hideSticky — a cookie that lasts 24 hours, set only if you close the floating call-to-action, so it stays closed
• tlx-lang — a local storage entry holding your language choice, so the site opens in the language you picked

Neither identifies you, and neither is shared. Clearing your browser storage removes both.

Third parties

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). That request tells Google your IP address and browser, as any request to any server does. We use no other third-party service on these pages.

Links out to client sites, WhatsApp and social platforms are ordinary links. Once you follow one, that site's own policy applies, not ours.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation and for a period afterwards so we can pick a thread back up. The exact period: decide a retention period

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@tetralogicx.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data reaching us by email is held in our business email accounts. We keep access to it limited to the people who need it.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information about them.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
