Are you a Shopify-only agency or full-service?
Shopify is our flagship practice (250+ stores, Shopify Partner since 2018) but we're full-service. We also build custom websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, AI agents, internal tools, ERP/CRM, and run digital marketing. Most clients start with one service and expand.
How is the free audit actually free?
It takes us 90 minutes per audit. Roughly 30% convert to paid engagements within 60 days. The math works for us and you get a no-strings audit with real, revenue-tied recommendations on any service we offer.
What if my project is too small for you?
If your project is under $5K total or under $1K/month, we'll tell you and point you to a freelancer who's better for your stage. We're best for projects $5K–$500K and brands at $100K–$50M annual revenue.
What's your typical timeline?
Marketing sites: 4–6 weeks. Shopify stores: 4–8 weeks. Custom web apps: 8–14 weeks. Mobile apps: 10–18 weeks. SaaS MVPs: 12 weeks. Enterprise replatforms: 16–28 weeks. Fixed quote with timeline in the SOW.
