YUXUS — Multi-Market Streetwear Storefront on Shopify

A Shopify storefront for a Madrid streetwear label founded in 2018, selling 11 seasonal drop collections (FW26, Forher 2.0, Memories, Lowercase, SS26, NYX, Windy, Vault and others) across menswear, womenswear, footwear and accessories. Built for drop-cadence retail: variant-level back-in-stock capture with size selection, a Back In Stock collection, an Archive Sale, wishlist, and a points-based loyalty programme surfaced live in the cart alongside an estimated delivery date. It ships to ~150 countries in seven languages and supports a 30+ location wholesale retail network.

The brief

The challenge, and how we approached it

01

The challenge

Drop-model streetwear sells out by size, not by product — so most of the catalogue is partially unavailable at any moment, and a shopper who wants a medium isn't served by a product-level "sold out" flag. The brand also runs three motions at once: DTC online, 30+ physical retail stockists, and a wholesale intake channel, across seven languages and ~150 shipping countries.

02

Our approach

Back-in-stock capture built at variant level — a size selector inside the notify modal, so demand is recorded per size rather than per product, and a dedicated Back In Stock collection turns restocks into a shoppable moment. Collections are addressable twice, as commerce and as editorial: every drop has both a shop collection and a matching lookbook page. Loyalty is surfaced where it converts, with points accruing visibly in the cart drawer next to an estimated delivery date. Separate menswear and womenswear trees prevent a mixed catalogue from muddling either. A seven-language, ~150-country region selector handles international, with a third-party tracking portal and a Become a Retailer route keeping wholesale off the DTC path.

How it ran

10 weeks build, in four stages

Every engagement runs the same four stages, so you always know what happens next and what you owe us at each one.

Stage 1

Audit and scope

We review the current theme, apps and analytics, then write a fixed-scope SOW with named deliverables and a date.

Stage 2

Design and build

Work happens in a dev store on a Git-backed workflow. You get a preview link from week one, not a reveal at the end.

Stage 3

QA and launch

Cross-browser and device QA, redirect map, analytics verification, then a launch window agreed with you rather than dropped on you.

Stage 4

Hypercare

Fourteen to sixty days of included post-launch support while real traffic finds the edge cases.

The outcome

Where Dana's Bakery landed

Conversion is up 2.1× after the PDP rebuild, AOV is up 34% year-over-year thanks to gifting upsells, and drop days are now smooth — zero downtime across 12 drops in the past year.

Every drop day was a stress event before. Now they're just a Tuesday. The team built us infrastructure we can actually grow on.
