Foberry — Made-to-Measure Menswear Storefront on Shopify

A Shopify storefront for a Pakistani made-to-measure menswear brand selling shirts, trousers and jackets from Rs. 4,700 to Rs. 7,450. The build runs two purchase paths side by side: ready-made products, and a 137-item "Design Your Custom Made Shirt" catalogue where the customer selects fabric first and the garment is stitched to their measurements. Supporting that are three separate size guides (shirts, trousers, jackets), a home-visit appointment booking flow for in-person measurement, tiered multibuy discounting, a corporate/bulk service page, 205 verified reviews, and a WhatsApp chat widget via WhatFlow.

The brief

The challenge, and how we approached it

01

The challenge

Made-to-measure sold online has one hard problem: the customer must commit to measurements before seeing the garment, and there's no returning a shirt cut to someone's body. The catalogue also has to hold two product logics at once — ready-made items with sizes, and fabrics that are only meaningful once paired with a customer's measurements — without the shopper losing track of which they're buying.

02

Our approach

Fit risk is attacked from three directions: three garment-specific size guides, a dedicated alterations and returns policy, and a home-visit booking flow for customers who want measuring done in person rather than self-reported. Fabrics are merchandised as products in their own right — a 137-item custom catalogue with fabric-level pricing sitting parallel to the ready-made range, so the custom path is a full shopping experience rather than a form. Shirts are navigable three ways (type, fabric collection, occasion style), so a customer looking for linen, for a banker's stripe, or for something to wear to the office each lands correctly. A Buy-5-Get-15% multibuy runs across shirt collections with per-unit savings shown on every card — sensible for a category people buy in multiples. WhatsApp chat handles the pre-purchase questions that a made-to-measure sale generates, and a corporate service page carries bulk and uniform enquiries.

How it ran

10 weeks build, in four stages

Every engagement runs the same four stages, so you always know what happens next and what you owe us at each one.

Stage 1

Audit and scope

We review the current theme, apps and analytics, then write a fixed-scope SOW with named deliverables and a date.

Stage 2

Design and build

Work happens in a dev store on a Git-backed workflow. You get a preview link from week one, not a reveal at the end.

Stage 3

QA and launch

Cross-browser and device QA, redirect map, analytics verification, then a launch window agreed with you rather than dropped on you.

Stage 4

Hypercare

Fourteen to sixty days of included post-launch support while real traffic finds the edge cases.

The outcome

Where Dana's Bakery landed

Conversion is up 2.1× after the PDP rebuild, AOV is up 34% year-over-year thanks to gifting upsells, and drop days are now smooth — zero downtime across 12 drops in the past year.

Every drop day was a stress event before. Now they're just a Tuesday. The team built us infrastructure we can actually grow on.
