How long does a build take?
Standard custom themes take 4–8 weeks from kickoff to launch. Shopify Plus replatforms take 10–16 weeks. Custom apps take 6–12 weeks. Every quote includes a fixed timeline.
What does it cost, and how do I add my margin?
Projects run from $5K to $250K, retainers from $1.2K to $12K a month, and a dedicated team from $8K to $40K a month. Our quote to you is fixed, so you can price the work to your client however you like.
How do we communicate, and what about time zones?
You get one named project manager and a written update every week. We are based in Lahore, Pakistan (UTC+5), and we agree working overlap hours and response times with you before work starts.
Can you work from our designs and with our team?
Yes. We build from your Figma files and work alongside your designers, strategists and account managers in the tools you already use.
