Swimwear and Clothing
Two collections with different shoppers and seasons had to share one storefront.
Case study · Shopify · Fashion
Dé Rococo is a Tel Aviv fashion label founded in 2017, known first for swimwear and now selling a full wardrobe alongside two Tel Aviv stores. The Shopify storefront is its global channel: two collections under one roof, free worldwide shipping with duties included, and a new drop every week.

02 / THE PROBLEM
Dé Rococo grew from a swimwear label into a full wardrobe, so the store has to hold two distinct worlds without feeling like two shops. It sells far beyond Israel, which means shipping, duties and delivery times must be clear before checkout. And because a new drop lands every week, much of the catalogue is sold out at any moment.
Two collections with different shoppers and seasons had to share one storefront.
Shoppers in around 150 markets need to know the full cost and delivery time up front.
With a new drop every week, most items are out of stock at any given time.
A fashion label lives on repeat purchases, so the store needed reasons to return.
03 / THE SOLUTION
The site divides at the top into Swimwear and Clothing, above a deep catalogue organised by garment type, capsule collection and occasion. It ships free worldwide with duties and taxes included in 2 to 5 days. Back-in-stock alerts work per variant, and the DÉ LIST loyalty programme, wishlist and gift cards give customers a reason to come back.
Swimwear and Clothing each lead into their own navigation, with accessories, classics and occasion edits beneath.
The full cost is shown before checkout, with delivery in 2 to 5 days.
A shopper asks to be told when their own size and colour returns, not just the product.
A loyalty programme and saved items keep customers connected between drops.

04 / STRATEGY
Four decisions shaped the build.
01
In a weekly-drop model an out-of-stock page is a chance to capture demand, not a dead end.
02
Splitting at the top keeps each collection focused without running two sites.
03
Duties and taxes are included, so an international order costs what the page says.
04
Loyalty, wishlist and gift cards are part of the store, not bolted on afterwards.

Stage 2
Work happens in a dev store on a Git-backed workflow. You get a preview link from week one, not a reveal at the end.
