About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover work we do for clients — that is governed by the proposal and statement of work you sign, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

Using the site

You are welcome to read, share and link to anything here. Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send anything unlawful.

What is ours

The design, code, copy, product names and marks on this site belong to us, except where something obviously belongs to someone else. Client names, logos and screenshots appear with their respective owners retaining all rights in them.

You may quote us with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale or present our work as your own.

Enquiries are not contracts

Sending a form, booking a call or receiving an estimate does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to proceed. Work begins when a written scope and price are agreed and signed.

Figures on this site — pricing ranges, timelines and results — describe past engagements or typical ranges. They are illustrative, not a quote and not a promise of the same outcome for you.

Links to other sites

We link to client stores, partner sites and social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

The site itself

We keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and content may go out of date between updates.
