Dé Rococo: a weekly-drop fashion label, selling worldwide on Shopify.

Dé Rococo is a Tel Aviv fashion label founded in 2017, known first for swimwear and now selling a full wardrobe alongside two Tel Aviv stores. The Shopify storefront is its global channel: two collections under one roof, free worldwide shipping with duties included, and a new drop every week.

02 / THE PROBLEM

Two collections, one store, and stock that sells out every week.

Dé Rococo grew from a swimwear label into a full wardrobe, so the store has to hold two distinct worlds without feeling like two shops. It sells far beyond Israel, which means shipping, duties and delivery times must be clear before checkout. And because a new drop lands every week, much of the catalogue is sold out at any moment.

Swimwear and Clothing

Two collections with different shoppers and seasons had to share one storefront.

Selling to the world

Shoppers in around 150 markets need to know the full cost and delivery time up front.

A weekly drop sells out

With a new drop every week, most items are out of stock at any given time.

Bringing customers back

A fashion label lives on repeat purchases, so the store needed reasons to return.

03 / THE SOLUTION

A storefront split in two at the top, and built for sell-outs.

The site divides at the top into Swimwear and Clothing, above a deep catalogue organised by garment type, capsule collection and occasion. It ships free worldwide with duties and taxes included in 2 to 5 days. Back-in-stock alerts work per variant, and the DÉ LIST loyalty programme, wishlist and gift cards give customers a reason to come back.

  • Two universes at the top

Swimwear and Clothing each lead into their own navigation, with accessories, classics and occasion edits beneath.

  • Free worldwide shipping, duties included

The full cost is shown before checkout, with delivery in 2 to 5 days.

  • Back-in-stock by variant

A shopper asks to be told when their own size and colour returns, not just the product.

  • DÉ LIST, wishlist and gift cards

A loyalty programme and saved items keep customers connected between drops.

04 / STRATEGY

Design for the item that is not in stock yet.

Four decisions shaped the build.

  1. 01

    Treat sold-out as normal

In a weekly-drop model an out-of-stock page is a chance to capture demand, not a dead end.

  2. 02

    One store, two front doors

Splitting at the top keeps each collection focused without running two sites.

  3. 03

    No surprises at the border

Duties and taxes are included, so an international order costs what the page says.

  4. 04

    Retention built into the storefront

Loyalty, wishlist and gift cards are part of the store, not bolted on afterwards.

07 / PROCESS

How the engagement ran.

The same four stages as every engagement, with the specific work done for Dé Rococo at each one. The steps play through in order.

  1. Stage 1

    Audit and scope

We review the current theme, apps and analytics, then write a fixed-scope SOW with named deliverables and a date.

What we did for Dé Rococo

    • Split the catalogue into Swimwear and Clothing
    • Mapped garment types, capsules and occasions
    • Scoped shipping to around 150 markets
  2. Stage 2

    Design and build

Work happens in a dev store on a Git-backed workflow. You get a preview link from week one, not a reveal at the end.

What we did for Dé Rococo

    • Built the two-collection navigation
    • Set up free worldwide shipping with duties included
    • Added back-in-stock alerts per variant
  3. Stage 3

    QA and launch

Cross-browser and device QA, redirect map, analytics verification, then a launch window agreed with you rather than dropped on you.

What we did for Dé Rococo

    • Connected the DÉ LIST loyalty programme
    • Cross-browser and device QA
    • Went live worldwide
  4. Stage 4

    Hypercare

Fourteen to sixty days of included post-launch support while real traffic finds the edge cases.

What we did for Dé Rococo

    • A new drop published every week
    • Wishlist and gift cards in use
    • Store locator for the two Tel Aviv shops
