Is Ordexa only useful for COD orders?

No. Prepaid and COD orders share the same pipeline. COD orders get the WhatsApp confirmation step and the reconciliation tools; prepaid orders can be auto-confirmed by an automation rule and go straight to courier booking.

Will it replace my current store or courier accounts?

No. Ordexa sits on top of them. Your Shopify store stays the storefront, and you keep your own courier accounts and WhatsApp Business number. Ordexa connects to them and does the operational work in between.

Can it help reduce failed COD deliveries?

Yes, in three ways. Customers confirm on WhatsApp before the parcel is booked, addresses are cleaned and checked before the courier gets them, and failed attempts land in an action queue with a retry-or-return recommendation based on the customer's history and the city's success rate.

Does it show real profit after shipping and COD fees?

Yes. Each order carries its cost of goods, courier charge, COD deduction, and return cost. The P&L can be viewed on an accrual basis or on a realized-cash basis that only counts money the courier has actually remitted.

How long does setup take?

Connecting a Shopify store takes a few minutes and the first sync runs in the background. WhatsApp takes about fifteen minutes once you have a Meta Business Account and a WhatsApp Business number; template approval by Meta usually completes within hours. Couriers connect with your existing API credentials.

Do I need my own WhatsApp Business Account?

Yes. Ordexa connects to your own WhatsApp Business Account and phone number through Meta's official Cloud API. You control the number, the message templates, and who receives messages.

Will my customers receive marketing messages?

Not unless they explicitly opt in. Order confirmation and tracking messages are transactional only. Marketing campaigns use a separate number, reach only customers with a recorded opt-in, and any customer can reply STOP at any time.
