The challenge, and how we approached it

The challenge
Recycled plastic makes every batch visually different, so "finish" is the real product variable — and with up to 11 per item, standard swatch UI breaks down. The studio also sells two ways at once: catalogue pieces to consumers, and bespoke commissions to homes, restaurants, gyms and retail spaces. One storefront had to carry both without the custom side reading as an afterthought.

Our approach
Finish count surfaced on every product card ("11 finishes | +6"), so shoppers see the range before opening the product. Dual collection architecture — browse by product type or by space (commercial, home, hospitality, wellness) — letting a café owner and a homeowner each enter through their own frame. A shoppable interiors section maps individual products onto styled room images, and custom commissions get dedicated pages for projects, finishes and process. Multi-market setup across 33 countries with localised European payment methods
