Who we are
This site is operated by Tetralogicx, a Shopify Partner agency working from Lahore, Pakistan. You can reach us at info@tetralogicx.com or +92-42-3577-4046.
To be completed before launch: registered entity name, registered address and the name of the person accountable for data protection.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form. Across this site those fields are:
- Name, and company name where you give one
- Email address and, optionally, phone number
- Your website or store URL, on the forms that ask for it
- What you need, your budget range and your timeline, where offered
- Whatever you write in the message field
We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment details or any special category data. Please do not send those through a web form.
What happens to a form submission
Being straight about the current state: the forms on this site are not connected to a server. When you press send, the site opens your own email app with your answers already written into a message addressed to us. Nothing reaches us until you send that email yourself, and the site keeps no copy.
When a form provider is connected, submissions will be delivered to us by that provider and this section will name it.
To be completed before launch: name the form provider once one is configured.
Third parties
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). That request tells Google your IP address and browser, as any request to any server does.
If you choose to play a video on this site, it is loaded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode or from Vimeo, and that provider's own policy applies to the player. Nothing is loaded from them until you press play.
Links out to client sites, the Shopify App Store, WhatsApp and social platforms are ordinary links. Once you follow one, that site's own policy applies, not ours.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation and for a period afterwards so we can pick a thread back up.
To be completed before launch: decide the retention period.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@tetralogicx.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.
To be completed before launch: confirm which regulator, and which data protection law we operate under.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data reaching us by email is held in our business email accounts. We keep access to it limited to the people who need it.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
